Lisa Frazier, a Realtor and Accredited Staging Professional brings a wealth of knowledge of her marketing and staging experience to her real estate business. She is a native Washingtonian has lived in Maryland and Virginia and worked in Washington, DC and knows the DC Metro area well. Her real estate career began in 2006 with new construction and condo conversions in Bethesda to later expand into resale homes. Her vast marketing experience and best practices for her sellers include custom in-home paint, design and staging consultations to demand top dollar strategies. Lisa has been an integral part of the Walter Reed Development redevelopment since 2019 leading the sales of homes in the new neighborhood in upper NW. Lisa has a B.A. in Advertising with a Minor in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.

Lisa was nominated and awarded by the DC Metro Chapter of Cystic Fibrosis, DC’s Finest Young Professional-raising awareness and the most funds for those living with Cystic Fibrosis.
